Job summary

HolidayPirates Group is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a strong focus on app acquisition to own paid growth across Google and Meta, while testing new channels. You will design measurement, attribution, and optimization strategies to drive scalable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior performance marketing role with mobile app focus.
• Hands-on experience scaling mobile app user acquisition across paid channels.
• Proven expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads and measurement dynamics.
• Deep knowledge of Adjust or similar MMPs and iOS SKAdNetwork.
• Experience designing incrementality tests and structured A/B frameworks.
• Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and report insights.
• Comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration across product, CRM, data, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale app acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta and additional paid channels.
• Manage budget allocation across channels, markets and campaigns.
• Build structured testing frameworks across audiences, bidding, channels and creatives.
• Drive continuous creative testing and identify winning concepts.
• Work with Adjust and attribution models for measurement.
• Design and evaluate incrementality tests to understand true channel impact.
• Navigate iOS measurement, SKAdNetwork, and privacy restrictions.
• Identify new acquisition channels and scale successful tests.
• Support web acquisition initiatives independently of the app funnel.
