Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Paid Media to lead mobile app growth initiatives for client campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Paid Social. You will own day-to-day performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while aligning with Associate Director.

Based in the US with remote-first flexibility, you will manage client relationships, design testing roadmaps, analyze performance data, and drive optimization to achieve efficiency and scale

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital performance marketing with mobile app focus.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Paid Social, and Apple Search Ads.
• Experience with mobile ad networks or programmatic DSP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance and execution of mobile app acquisition campaigns.
• Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Paid Social.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead weekly status calls.
• Drive account strategy to meet client efficiency, scale, and growth goals.
• Monitor performance, pacing, and budgets; identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop testing roadmaps and leverage dashboards for insights.
• Own project management across accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure QA standards and error-free delivery.
