Job summary

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist at The RRS Group will manage and optimize the company’s accounts payable operations, ensuring timely vendor and employee payments, accurate coding, and strict adherence to U.S. GAAP.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Real Estate, and project teams to maintain strong vendor relations and accurate financial records. You will drive process improvements, support audits, and participate in system enhancements and automation efforts to increase AP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Experience with real estate, project-based organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable, coding, vouchering, reviewing, matching and processing invoices.
• Process vendor and employee payments three times per month.
• Prepare month-end accruals and related journal entries.
