CHS Inc. is hiring a Senior AP Specialist to join its finance team. The Senior AP Specialist will provide day-to-day support for the business unit customers and vendors through the entire procure-to-pay process and seek process improvement efficiencies.

This position is a remote opportunity within the United States. Key duties include processing vendor invoices, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and ensuring compliant, timely invoicing and collections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MS Office and automated financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve varied and complex escalated issues.
• Process PO related invoices and non-PO invoices in a timely manner.
• Work with vendors and internal representatives to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of money due to the company.
