CHS Inc. is hiring a Senior AP Specialist to join its finance team in a remote capacity. The role handles day-to-day procure-to-pay activities, processing vendor invoices in ERP systems, and driving process improvements.

The position supports the business unit customers and vendors while aligning with internal control procedures. The Senior AP Specialist will participate in special projects and other duties as assigned, with a focus on accurate invoicing, timely payments, and maintaining client

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Experience using automated financial and accounting systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field.
• Pre-employment screening may be required for the position.

Mansioni

• Address and resolve varied and complex escalated issues.
• Process PO and non-PO invoices in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collection of money, and banking deposits.
• Maintain accurate client files and improve invoicing/collection procedures.
• Monitor invoice processing and timely payments.
• Perform data entry in AP/AR systems and verify accuracy.
• Provide guidance to Accounts Receivable/Payable team.
• Assist with source document data entry and recordkeeping.
• Support other duties as assigned.
