Jobgether is seeking a Temp Senior Accounts Payable Specialist based in the United States for a three-month assignment. The role focuses on owning AP processes, ensuring accurate invoice coding, and timely payments, with potential extension.

You will contribute to month-end close and assist with workflow improvements. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in AP, strong Excel and ERP experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years progressive accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger coding, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and lookups.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and expense management systems.
• Ability to review aging reports and support month-end close processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and review invoices and Concur expense reports.
• Review AP aging and investigate unusual or overdue balances.
• Prepare domestic and international wire and ACH payments.
• Identify potentially risky payment requests and escalate.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, vendors, and Finance colleagues.
• Use ERP tools and Excel to identify errors and suggest improvements.
