Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
• Experience with ERP and expense management systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Review AP aging and assist with reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare domestic and international wire and ACH payments per approvals and security procedures.
• Identify unusual or risky payment requests and escalate appropriately.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors, employees, and Finance colleagues; communicate risks to AP Director.
