Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Temporary Senior Accounts Payable Specialist in the United States. You will manage daily AP operations, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, exceptions, and payments, for a three-month assignment with potential extension.

You will process Concur invoices, review aging, and support month-end close, domestic and international wire/ACH payments, and use Excel/ERP tools to improve workflows while collaborating with Finance colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of GL coding, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with ERP and expense management systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process and review invoices and Concur expense reports with proper coding and approvals.
• Review AP aging, investigate overdue balances, support month-end close.
• Prepare domestic and international wire and ACH payments per workflows.
• Identify urgent or risky payment requests and escalate as needed.
• Communicate with vendors, employees, and Finance colleagues to resolve issues.
• Use ERP reports and Excel to identify errors and suggest improvements.
