Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a Temporary Senior Accounts Payable Specialist based in the United States for a three-month assignment. You will own day-to-day AP operations, process invoices, and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong internal controls.

You will collaborate with the AP Director, assist with month-end close, and push process improvements using Concur and ERP tools. US-based candidates preferred; remote work considered where appropriate.

Formación

• 5–7+ years in accounts payable with independent responsibility.
• Strong GL coding, accruals, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to resolve issues independently.
• Advanced Excel for large datasets and reporting.
• Experience with Concur; Carta AP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily AP operations: invoices, approvals, payments, and coding.
• Process Concur expense reports with complete documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies, duplicate payments, and vendor issues.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain vendor master records.
