Vallen Distribution is seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst to support complex AP processes, including aged debit/credit management, vendor prepayments, RM research, and reconciliations.

This role partners with vendors, procurement, AP leadership, and COE teams to resolve exceptions and drive financial improvements. US and Mexico operations are supported, emphasizing process efficiency, controls, and timely payments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of Accounts Payable, accounting, or financial operations experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for review/resolution of aged vendor invoices, debits, and credits in SXe/AS400.
• Partner with vendors, buyers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Manage vendor prepayments for U.S. and Mexico operations, ensuring compliance with policies.
