The Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst at Vallen USA serves as a subject matter expert supporting complex accounts payable processes, including vendor prepayments, RM research, account reconciliations, and workflow prioritization.

This role partners with vendors, procurement, AP leadership, and COE teams to resolve issues and drive accurate, timely payments. Responsibilities emphasize improving controls, meeting SLAs, and documenting procedures while supporting continuous process enhancements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in accounts payable or financial operations.
• Experience with SXe/AS400 or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review aged vendor invoices, debits, and credits in SXe and AS400 systems.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Manage vendor prepayments for US and Mexico operations.
• Analyze queues and reports to prioritize items.
• Support process improvements and documentation.
