KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Senior AP Accountant for a growing education organization. This fully remote role reports to the Assistant Controller and leads the accounts payable function while supporting general accounting and month-end close.

The position offers $85K–$95K base with a 5% bonus, and requires recent NetSuite experience, strong GL and reconciliations, and a proactive process-improvement mindset.

Competenze

• Strong combination of AP and general accounting experience.
• Recent NetSuite experience required.
• Hands-on GL, month-end close, and account reconciliations.
• Experience working with vendors and overseeing AP processes.
• Strong process and systems improvement mindset.
• Fixed asset experience a plus.
