Qualifications

• A standout portfolio showcasing directorial work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of animators, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Define and maintain the artistic style and quality standards.
• Oversee the animation pipeline from storyboard to final compositing.
• Collaborate with directors, writers, and art departments to translate concepts.
• Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges to ensure timely delivery.
