Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative agency or production environment.
• Hands-on design ability and pixel-perfect feedback to teammates.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and ability to collaborate with motion designers.
• Bonus: brand design or motion design experience.
• Strong portfolio that showcases solving marketing challenges across digital/social.
• Ability to tell a clear, engaging story using UI features and visuals.
• Awareness of industry trends and AI tools.
• Experience with tech brands is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for shoots.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Concepting & Execution: Collaborate with a writing partner to develop insight-driven creative concepts, executing the visual design to a standard that exceeds client expectations.
• Design & Concepting: Create and guide visually appealing designs and concepts for social and digital campaigns.
• Client Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with client contacts and understand brand culture, products, and expectations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Design and Motion teams to refine processes and push the work further.
• Communication: Be a clear and effective communicator to the team and production partners.
• Creative Partnership: Partner with a Senior Copywriter to drive storytelling across media.
• Presentations: Lead the development and presentation of pitch materials for major campaigns.
• High Quality: Ensure top quality of deliverables within brand relationships.
• Push the Work: Elevate quality with ambitious creative opportunities while meeting baseline requirements.
• Team Cultural Impact: Promote positive culture through teamwork and leadership.
• Travel: Support photo/video shoots as needed.
