Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Facets Product & Benefits Senior Analyst to design, configure, and optimize healthcare products within the Facets platform from a remote US location.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, operations, claims, network, QA, and technology to ensure accurate, scalable benefit solutions that support effective administration and adjudication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of healthcare payer experience, including at least 4 years hands-on Facets configuration/implementation.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare benefit design (copays, coinsurance, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums).
- Experience designing and configuring healthcare products within the Facets platform.
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into Facets configuration solutions.
- Design and configure healthcare products, benefit plans, accumulators, coverage tiers, costs, exclusions, and network-based rules.
- Lead requirements sessions and reviews, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
- Validate configurations through unit, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
