Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Product & Benefits Senior Analyst to design, configure, and optimize healthcare product and benefit plans within the Facets platform. This remote US role involves collaborating with stakeholders across business units to deliver compliant, scalable benefit solutions that support claims adjudication and efficient administration.

You will gather requirements, configure products and networks, validate changes through testing, and support implementations and product

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years in healthcare payer space with 4+ years in Facets configuration/implementation.
Strong knowledge of benefit design (copays, coinsurance, deductibles, OOP max).
Experience designing/configuring healthcare products within Facets.
Understanding relationship between benefit config and claims adjudication/pricing.
Experience supporting requirements analysis, solution design, configuration validation, testing, and defect resolution.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, or other payer lines.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into Facets Product & Benefits configuration solutions.
Design/configure healthcare products, benefit plans, accumulators, coverage tiers, cost-sharing structures and network rules.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and design reviews; identify gaps, risks and dependencies.
Validate configurations via testing to ensure accurate claims outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on impacts to membership, networks, pricing and eligibility.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and perform root cause analysis for improvements.
Support implementation, release readiness, production validation, renewals and launches.
