Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 3 years in analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience; Excel and Power BI required.
• 2+ years designing and analyzing data using TMS/WMS platforms (Synapse, MercuryGate or similar).
• Strong understanding of North American retail logistics and performance standards.
• Ability to extract and interpret data from multiple data sources and delivery insights.
• Geographic awareness for warehouse site selections and distribution points.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Lead solution design initiatives by evaluating approaches and selecting effective strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and adjust as needed.
• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and develop pricing models for inbound, fulfillment, and outbound operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Design data-driven network optimization strategies to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
