DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to generate insights guiding our operational strategy. You will mine data, uncover trends, and provide recommendations to help senior leaders improve customer delivery experiences and efficiency.

The role involves collaborating with operations, IT and finance to design and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports. Willingness to travel and work remotely within the US is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations preferred, with emphasis in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Uncover trends and correlations to develop insights that can materially improve our operational decisions.
• Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to understand how customers interact with us and identify improvements.
• Own design, development and maintenance of performance metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards.
