This role supports project delivery, data management and validation across matter teams and vendors, ensuring defensible processes and timely updates.

The Sr. Project Analyst collaborates with Project Managers and senior staff, applying advanced data handling, scripting and analytics to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in eDiscovery, litigation support or related field.
• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL/Python/PowerShell a plus.
• Knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and chain of custody.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cyber incident response workstreams and track deliverables.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for case teams and vendors.
• Maintain project trackers, matter docs and handoff materials.
• Prepare status updates, metrics and validation summaries.
• Monitor scope, data volumes and budget impacts; flag risks early.
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive information and data integrity.
