Job summary

Contact Discovery Services LLC is seeking a Project Associate, Cyber Breach, to support breach response operations and client service in a remote role. You will handle dataset analysis, identify impacted individuals, and prepare notification deliverables across on-call and standard schedules.

The role requires experience with Relativity or similar platforms, strong written and verbal communication, and an understanding of incident response life cycle.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience handling data operations or reviews in legal tech, cyber, or eDiscovery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform contact discovery and breach analysis in on-call and standard work settings.
• Coordinate intake, processing, and analysis of datasets for hosting.
• Extract, classify, and validate sensitive data, including PII and PHI.
• Build notification lists and support regulatory and client-facing reporting.
• Maintain quality controls and documentation across deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to meet deadlines.
• Assist with procedure development and continuous process improvement.
• Adhere to SOPs and chain of custody requirements.
• Provide ongoing consultation to case teams for incident response-related review.
• Proactively communicate project status to clients and internal teams.
