Job summary

AmerisourceBergen is hiring a Contract & Chargebacks Senior Analyst to maintain the contract management database and reconcile supplier and customer chargebacks. This fully remote role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

The position focuses on updating pricing/membership data, resolving payment issues with suppliers, and supporting EDI initiatives within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the contract management database and reconcile supplier/customer chargebacks.
• Manage chargeback cases and communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve payment issues.
• Enter contract pricing and membership information accurately into the database.
• Utilize dashboards to analyze pricing, membership, and discrepancies.
• Support EDI initiatives and coordinate with distribution centers on contract discrepancies.
