Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Contract & Chargebacks Senior Analyst to manage contract pricing and membership data within the contract management system. This fully remote role involves reconciling supplier and customer chargebacks, maintaining dashboards, and communicating with customers and suppliers to resolve payment issues.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field with 2+ years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, Power BI, and SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Typically requires a minimum of two (2) years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database.
• Reconcile chargebacks and manage the Accounts Receivable portfolio for suppliers.
• Use dashboards to compare and reconcile contract data and identify discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners to resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist in EDI-related projects and provide status updates to the team.
