Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Contract & Chargebacks Senior Analyst to maintain the contract management database and reconcile supplier and customer chargebacks. This fully remote role involves data analysis, dashboard usage, and frequent contact with suppliers to resolve payment issues.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field and at least two years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Power BI; SAP desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Power BI; SAP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the contract management database with timely updates of pricing and membership information.
• Manage the Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolio for suppliers and ensure timely collection of monies.
• Reconcile chargebacks per approved guidelines and communicate issues to team supervisors.
• Use dashboards to analyze, compare, and reconcile information within contracts; address inquiries from customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with distribution centers to troubleshoot discrepancies and update pricing.
• Maintain and analyze exception reports related to pricing and membership information.
• Provide status updates to supervisor and other team members and assist in meetings.
