Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum two years of related experience.
• Experience with contract management or chargebacks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract pricing and membership info in the contract management database.
• Update exception reports analyzing pricing and membership data.
• Collaborate with distribution centers to resolve contract discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers/suppliers to resolve payment inquiries.
• Use dashboards to identify, compare, and reconcile contract data.
• Reconcile chargebacks per approved guidelines.
• Support EDI projects as needed.
• Provide status updates to supervisors and team members.
