Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Contract & Chargebacks Senior Analyst to manage contract pricing, membership data, and chargeback reconciliations from a fully remote position based in the United States. The role focuses on timely data entry, dashboard-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and customers.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance and at least two years of related experience, with strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and SAP, plus meticulous

Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Update contract pricing and membership information in the database.
Maintain exception reports analyzing pricing and membership data.
Troubleshoot contract discrepancies with distribution centers.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and external partners to resolve inquiries.
Utilize dashboards to identify, compare, and reconcile contract data.
Reconcile chargebacks per approved guidelines.
Balance Accounts Receivable for suppliers and ensure timely payments.
Flexibility to work overtime to meet objectives.
Support EDI technology projects.
