Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (contractor) to design and implement reinforcement learning environments for evaluating AI models on software tasks. You will work remotely on tasks such as bug fixing, feature implementation, refactoring, and performance optimization, using MCP tools.

Ideal candidates have strong programming skills (Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript) and a solid foundation in algorithms.

Qualifications

Ability to design deterministic verification and reference solutions for tasks.

Create reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks.
