Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Contractor) to support an AI training project remotely, ~15 hours per week. You will design reproducible reinforcement learning environments and deterministic verification for software tasks, emphasizing bug fixing, feature development, and performance optimization.

Ideal candidates are proficient in Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript, with strong algorithms knowledge and a proven track record in codebase refactoring and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with bug fixing and debugging complex software issues.

Responsibilities

• Create reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks.
