Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Contractor) to create reinforcement learning environments for evaluating AI models on complex software tasks using MCP tools. You will design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for tasks like bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization.

Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript, plus solid algorithms and data structures knowledge, is required.
