YO AI Labs seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Contractor) to support an AI training project remotely, ~15 hours per week. You will design reinforcement learning environments and verification systems using MCP tools, focusing on software engineering tasks.

You will develop reproducible scenarios, evaluate AI agents, and deliver deterministic reference solutions. Strong coding skills across Python/Java/Rust/C++/TypeScript and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications
