Job summary

Instacart is transforming grocery with agentic AI and a strong enterprise sales motion. We seek a Senior Retail Solutions Sales Executive to own the commercial path end-to-end, engaging VP-level retailers and guiding multi-stakeholder negotiations.

You’ll define pricing, SOWs, and multi-year partnerships, ensure clean handoffs to delivery teams, and uphold credible commercial discipline as we scale AI in grocery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales or business development with complex deals.
• Ability to structure and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements.
• Experience navigating lengthy enterprise procurement processes.
• Strong commercial acumen with VP-level retailer stakeholders.
• Thrives in an early-stage function with a developing playbook.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a commercial playbook including pricing and SOWs.
• Close multiple complex AI engagements from scoping to signed contracts.
• Build credibility with retailer executives as a trusted commercial partner.
• Ensure smooth internal deal processes with legal, finance and security.
• Provide market feedback to leadership to shape pricing and GTM.
