Job summary

Instacart is building agentic AI solutions for grocery retailers, and we’re hiring a Senior Retail Solutions Sales Executive to own the commercial motion end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales and frontier AI, with visibility to how Instacart becomes the leading AI partner in grocery.

You’ll close complex engagements from scoping to signed contracts, coordinate with legal, finance and security, and craft pricing models.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales or partnerships with track record of closing high-value deals.
• Ability to structure sophisticated commercial agreements and pricing.
• Experience navigating lengthy procurement with multiple stakeholders.
• Executive presence to engage VP-level retailers.

Responsibilities

• Establish a commercial playbook with pricing frameworks and SOW templates.
• Close multiple complex AI engagements from scoping to contract.
• Build credibility with VP-level retailer stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal deal processes (legal, finance, security).
• Provide market intelligence to leadership to shape pricing and GTM.
