SHI is seeking a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager - AI to lead product marketing strategy, messaging, and GTM execution for SHI's AI solutions portfolio.

You will act as the AI marketing SME, partnering with business units, sales, engineering, and partners to develop compelling market narratives and enable revenue growth. The role requires translating complex AI offerings into clear customer value propositions and differentiating SHI in a competitive landscape while developing go-to-market plans,

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing strategy, messaging, and GTM planning.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AI technologies and market trends.
• Ability to craft customer-focused value propositions and differentiated positioning.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy for SHI's AI solutions portfolio, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market planning.
• Serve as the marketing subject-matter expert for AI technologies, trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics.
• Develop customer-centric messaging frameworks and solution narratives that articulate SHI's AI capabilities and differentiation.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as presentations, battle cards, solution briefs, case studies, and customer-facing content.
• Support launches and GTM initiatives through collaborative planning and cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate with campaign, communications, partner marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
