Job summary

Jasper seeks a Senior Security Engineer to own AI security across infrastructure, workflows, and compliance. You’ll set technical direction, design guardrails for data handling, and drive remediation in cloud environments while partnering with Engineering, GRC, and Legal.

You will build automation, influence security standards, and help scale secure AI products with a small, high-impact team. Remote US candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• AI concepts (LLMs, agents, copilots, tokens, context windows, RAG, data governance) applied to security engineering.
• 8+ years in security engineering with hands-on AI/cloud/GRC experience.
• Practical experience securing AI systems and familiarity with AI threats.

Responsibilities

• Lead security design and controls for AI infrastructure and internal workflows.
• Own threat modeling for AI-specific risks and create validation/audit controls.
• Build security tooling and automated checks to enable rapid AI adoption without slowing teams.
• Collaborate to shape Jasper's Security program and partner with GRC/IT/Engineering.
