CrowdStrike is seeking a Distinguished Engineer to architect AI and security systems operating at cloud-scale and on endpoints. You will design, implement, and deploy frontier AI for cyber defense, mentoring senior engineers and collaborating with research teams to push the Falcon platform forward.

You will lead across sensor to cloud, ensure performance, safety, and reliability, and contribute to publications and open‑source initiatives while shaping technical direction for a global security

Qualifikationen

• PhD preferred in CS/related field.
• 15+ years software/ML/security engineering experience.
• 8+ years at a senior technical leadership level (Principal/Distinguished).
• Track record of architecting, building, and shipping production AI or ML systems for security.
• Expertise with large language models and agentic architectures.
• Proficient in one or more of C, C++, Rust, Go, or Python.
• Distributed systems and GPU inference stacks experience.

Aufgaben

• Architect AI security systems end to end, including models, agents, telemetry, and cloud-scale reasoning.
• Bring frontier AI to the endpoint using advanced models and telemetry integration.
• Build cloud-scale streaming detection and inference across trillions of events per day.
• Lead technical depth, mentor senior engineers and researchers, align cross‑functional teams.
• Carry research into production in the Falcon platform and publish open‑source work.
