Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Distinguished Engineer to lead the Cybersecurity Superintelligence Lab. You will architect AI security systems end to end, spanning sensors, on‑premises endpoints, and cloud infrastructure, while shaping research to production in the Falcon platform.

You will mentor senior engineers, publish work, and collaborate with frontier AI labs and universities to advance secure, scalable defenses used by customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred for senior leadership track record.
• 15+ years software/ML or security eng. experience.
• 8+ years at senior technical leadership level.
• Track record shipping production AI/ML security systems.
• Hands-on with large language models and agentic architectures.
• Security background in detection, response, or threat intel.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI security systems end to end from sensors to cloud.
• Lead and mentor senior engineers and researchers on frontier AI.
• Drive research-to-production in the Falcon platform and publish/open-source work.
• Collaborate with frontier AI labs, universities, and security community.
• Define technical direction and ensure scalable, reliable deployments.
• Address adversarial and security considerations in system design.
