Samsara, a leader in Connected Operations, is hiring a senior AI/ML engineer to join its AI/ML team within the Operations group. You’ll build models that forecast demand, optimize inventory, score supplier risk, and enable real-time decisions across our global supply chain, with end-to-end ownership from data to production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in applied data science or ML, ideally in supply chain, operations research, logistics, or manufacturing
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, EE, OR, or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI transformation roadmap for supply chain
• Design, train, validate, and deploy ML models to production
• Build predictive models to forecast demand and inventory across Samsara's global supply network
• Create novel features using ERP, IoT, and third-party datasets; build pipelines and ETL jobs
• Mentor junior scientists and drive cross-functional adoption of data-driven solutions
