Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to manage global hardware supply planning. You will build rolling 12-month production and capacity plans, align with Demand Planning, Global Ops Engineering, and Finance, and optimize inventory while controlling costs.

The role is remote for US residents (with location restrictions). You will influence CTB, publish targets, and drive improvements using data and AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management.
• Ability to translate demand into supply plans and execute with constraints.
• Strong analytical storytelling and risk/opportunity assessment.
• Proven communication with planners, factories, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Convert demand plan into supply plans by SKU, region, and DC.
• Maintain rolling 12-month production, shipment, and capacity plans.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Ops Engineering, Finance, and Demand Planning.
• Publish supply targets and track commitments and ETDs.
• Monitor weekly coverage and run simulations for changes.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation through rebalancing or transfers.
