Samsara is building an AI/ML team inside its Operations group to make supply chain AI native. You would be one of the first AI/ML engineers shaping forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier risk using real-time IoT signals.

You’ll collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment, Finance, Sales, and hardware/firmware teams to deploy production ML systems that impact cost, efficiency, and service levels across a global customer base.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in applied data science or ML, ideally in supply chain, operations research, logistics, or manufacturing
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, EE, OR, or related field

• Define end-to-end AI transformation roadmap for supply chain
• Design, train, validate, and deploy ML models to production
• Build predictive models for demand, inventory, and spend across the global supply network
• Mentor junior scientists and drive cross-functional adoption of data-driven decision making
