- Experience conducting independent research to resolve complex questions.
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel; strong analytics.
- Expertise with JIRA tools and agile backlog management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
- Document requirements in an ALM tool with stakeholders.
- Manage requirements and perform agile requirement management.
- Analyze user needs to determine functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions; develop process models.
- Collaborate with customers, IT, and leadership to document requirements.
