Trimble is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consulting Professional (AECO) to own the end-to-end product vision, prioritizing high-value features that enhance how AECO stakeholders work together across the asset lifecycle. You will lead backlog strategy with Agile and Scrum, translate complex needs into user stories, and collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams.

Remote in the US with up to 50% travel, you will train clients, manage releases, and drive data-driven

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience operating as a consulting professional or in a closely aligned role.
• Strong hands-on background working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated technical capability with SQL scripting, database management, and basic JavaScript integration concepts.
• Proven capability to gather customer requirements, define clear acceptance criteria, and conduct data-driven business analysis.
• Exceptional collaborative communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product backlog strategy, prioritizing high-impact feature releases that maximize customer and business value.
• Partner with cross-functional development, design, and business teams to translate complex user needs into actionable user stories and sprint plans.
• Direct hands-on technical initiatives, optimizing SQL processes, JavaScript integrations, and client database frameworks to enhance software capabilities.
• Spearhead customer requirements definition and lead interactive client training sessions to ensure continuous feedback and optimal adoption.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and release management pipelines to ensure seamless, high-quality solution delivery.
