Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a seasoned Adobe Journey Optimizer specialist to act as the primary platform expert, guiding architecture, governance, and best practices for client implementations. You will lead discovery, translate business needs into technical requirements, and oversee platform configuration and development.

Ideal candidates have 3+ end-to-end AJO implementations and hands-on experience with AJO and Adobe Experience Platform, plus strong client-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ full end-to-end Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Familiarity with AJO tasks, Adobe Experience Platform, and related tools.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
