Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or architecture.
• Hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation experience is required.
• Strong understanding of AJO/AEP data architecture.
• Experience troubleshooting complex AJO implementations.
• Ability to work directly with Product Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation efforts for client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex AJO technical issues through structured investigation.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to drive technical solutions and improvements.
• Advise clients on AJO best practices and data architecture.
• Coordinate remote delivery and stakeholder communication.
