Job summary

ConnexR Solutions Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist to design and manage omnichannel customer journeys, campaigns, and audience segmentation. The role requires hands-on expertise with AJO, AJO Orchestrated Campaigns, and AEP, with remote work across India.

You will configure XDM schemas, data sources, and identity namespaces, build personalized customer experiences, and collaborate with marketing and data teams to optimize engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in digital marketing tech roles.
• Hands-on with Adobe Journey Optimizer and AJO Orchestrated Campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP.
• Experience with XDM schemas, datasets, and identity namespaces.
• Ability to design journeys and orchestrated campaigns across channels.
• Proficient in SQL, APIs, JSON and data integration.
• Understanding of consent, data governance, and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage customer journeys in AJO.
• Develop campaigns using AJO Orchestrated Campaigns.
• Configure XDM schemas, datasets, and identities.
• Create event-triggered and scheduled campaigns across channels.
• Build audience segments in Adobe Experience Platform.
• Set journey conditions, branching, waits, and entry criteria.
• Work with AEP schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profile.
• Implement personalization using profile attributes and event data.
• Develop and troubleshoot templates, content fragments, and rules.
• Configure data sources, events, and actions for orchestration.
• Monitor campaigns and optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to deliver CX solutions.
