Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer with strong exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to design, develop, and implement personalized customer journeys and real-time engagement across multiple channels.

The role requires hands-on expertise in AJO, AEP data foundations, RTCDP, and CJA reporting, plus integration with REST APIs, SQL, and data ingestion pipelines for analytics-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale customer journeys with AJO, AEP, and CJA.
• Strong understanding of XDM, identity resolution, and consent/privacy governance.
• Degree in CS/IT or related field; Adobe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop event-based and audience journeys across channels.
• Configure personalized content, decisioning, and journey features.
• Build and maintain AEP data foundations and RTCDP real-time profiles.
• Ingest batch and streaming data; deliver analytics and dashboards via CJA.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable journeys.
