Formación

• At least 6 years of experience in IT services with a focus on digital marketing and customer engagement.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, personalized experiences, and journey orchestration.
• Ability to design and manage journeys using event-based triggers and real-time logic.
• Experience with end-to-end campaign lifecycle: testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues.
