Job summary

Propel is hiring a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered. You’ll work across verticals with cross-functional teams and own campaigns from inventory booking to budget delivery, including seasonal builds and self-serve campaigns.

Responsibilities include building in CMS and Braze, QA'ing assets, and coordinating with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. Remote-friendly, with a dog-friendly office in Downtown Brooklyn.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations such as program management, project management, business operations or marketplace operations.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work and comfortable with vibe coding fixes
• Owns projects end to end with minimal supervision and proposes fixes when needed
• Comfortable in Google Sheets and HTML and able to learn patterns from examples
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns from booking to delivery across verticals and seasonal/self-serve campaigns.
• Own the inventory booking tool, handle exceptions, and add new levers as they launch.
• Build campaigns in CMS and Braze, including design-spec collection pages and A/B tests.
• QA copy, links, tags, and budgets; coordinate timelines across teams.
• Run post-campaign reviews and document learnings; ship fixes to the tool.
