Job summary
RTX Enterprise Services in Puerto Rico seeks an experienced Mobility Device Management (MDM) Engineer to join a small team responsible for building, testing, and deploying MDM solutions with a strong focus on security and compliance. The role covers on-prem and cloud MDM environments, including MobileIron and Intune, with responsibilities spanning configuration, upgrades, and documentation.
Remote work is allowed; candidates must reside in Puerto Rico and be able to travel to Santa Isabel as
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience presenting reports to varied audiences.
- Experience with on-premise and Cloud MDM solutions.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and networking.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage MDM solutions like MobileIron and Intune.
- Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations.
- Develop and enforce mobile security policies and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and infrastructure teams on upgrades.
- Provide architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring and backup for MDM environments.
- Document architecture guides and SOPs.
