Job summary

NFP is seeking an Account Manager to nurture client relationships and deliver outstanding service across a remote team. You will manage your own portfolio, coordinate with senior colleagues, and ensure client satisfaction with a focus on accurate proposals, onboarding, and ongoing support.

In this role, you will work within EST hours, using our portal and carrier resources to analyze plans, respond to inquiries, and prepare renewals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) and BA/BS preferred.
• More than 3 years of client service experience.
• Appropriately licensed or ability to obtain licensing if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send RFPs to carriers and compile results.
• Review contracts and benefits summaries for accuracy.
• Maintain client files and respond to client questions.
• Develop relationships with clients and with carriers.
• Create monthly, quarterly and annual client reports.
