Dexian is hiring an Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager to support and expand partnerships with a top client.

The role is remote with travel to client sites, offering autonomy and the chance to grow within a high-performing sales culture. You will build and grow existing accounts, work cross-functionally with recruiting and delivery, and gain deep insight into client IT initiatives to plan proactive workforce strategies.

Qualifications

• Account Manager with consultative sales background
• Proven capability to drive sales and develop value propositions

Responsibilities

• Build and grow existing accounts with untapped potential
• Grow headcount in approved client groups
• Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to drive success
• Build and maintain client relationships on-site or at events
• Understand client IT initiatives and environments to plan workforce needs
• Create strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with clients
• Expand client base through networking and cold outreach, including meetings and events
