Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Fulldesk Recruiter or Account Executive with staffing consultative sales background.
• Proven ability to drive sales and prospect new accounts with a strong value proposition for clients.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, creative, and persuasive in solving client problems or recommending ideas/strategies.
• Strong documentation habits and use of tracking tools.
• Knowledge of assigned verticals/industries and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a matrix organization.
• Adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients on-site at their offices, at social events, or virtually.
• Responsible for full life cycle recruitment.
• Understand client business and initiatives to provide proactive workforce planning.
• Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients.
• Expand client base through networking and cold calling with new contacts in assigned territory, developing relationships and partnerships through entertaining clients through client meetings in/out of the office, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, sporting events, concerts, etc.
